How to make a Claim

If you wish to make a claim for Medical Expenses, you can submit your claim online at www.chubbclaims.ie.
Please review the relevant Insurance Product Information Document (IPID) before submitting your claim. these documents contains key benefits and exclusions of your policy. Please remember depending on what plan you have chosen there may be an excess applicable of up to €200.00. This means that any claim under this amount will not be covered.
